14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

For all new projects, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the project launch date. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we will revise it at no additional cost, or provide a full or partial refund depending on the project stage and deliverables already provided.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following circumstances: the delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed specifications; we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline without a valid reason; the work contains critical errors that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Revision Policy

All project packages include a set number of revision rounds as specified in your contract. Minor revisions (content changes, small design adjustments) are included. Major scope changes may incur additional fees and timeline adjustments.
